So I was wondering if the Dell Inspiron 15 3537 has either a PCIE or M PCIE or MXM slot on it? I currently own one but can't get the keyboard off to open it up and have a look.

As best I can determine, MXM has generally been discontinued for many of the latest laptops. And in those that still use it, an MXM card other than those installed by the OEM probably won't work or work correctly. So I think it's safest to assume that a discrete graphics card installed by an OEM likely cannot be upgraded even if it uses an MXM bay.
